The apartment has a separate large dining room, with the kitchen fully equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, wall oven, hot plate, and dishwasher. The apartment comes with a private balcony with outdoor furniture and is serviced every fourth morning.

From the airport, exit and turn right onto Tonkin Highway, continue on Tonkin Highway and exit left onto Great Eastern Highway. Follow direction to Perth passing the Burswood Casino. The highway forks, continue straight as this joins Canning Highway. Continue on Canning Highway until South Terrace, turn right and continue to Swan River/Freeway turn left at the end of South Terrace onto Melville Parade. Continue 600m and the apartments are on the left.
From the airport, exit and turn onto Great Eastern Highway following signs to Perth. Pass Burswood Casino on right. The highway then forks, continue straight as this joins into Canning Highway. Continue on Canning Highway until South Terrace, turn right and continue to the Swan River/Freeway. Turn left at the end of South Terrace onto Melville Parade. Continue for 600m and the Broadwater Resort Apartments are on the left.
