Trilogy Bistro & Bar
Designed to captivate and capture the imagination of diners, Trilogy offers the very best in French bistro cuisine with all the ambience of a country manor house. Warmth, informality and an emphasis on the dining experience are paramount. The restaurant incorporates three different dining experiences. On the lower level with views out to Trilogy Garden is a more formal setting for diners with elegantly clothed tables and custom designed chairs by American designer Dakota Jackson. Moving to the upper level guests enjoy the more relaxed settings of lounge furniture, occasional tables and the comfort of an open fireplace. For solo travellers or large groups our communal table, which seats 18, is a fun place to dine. This stunning table features hand-blown auburn glass that is lit from beneath - creating an amazing glowing effect. Chef Christophe David was born in Lyon in France and his menu reflects this heritage: "Contemporary French Bistro cuisine utilising the finest Australian produce available". Open daily.

A high energy enclave with immediate visual impact, Radii offers the best in modern dining. Set over five levels, Radii is an eclectic blend of club atmosphere, bar energy and bistro bustle with our open show-kitchen as the centrepiece. A tiered floorplan descends to Cuba Cigar Lounge. Here an open fireplace and sumptuous club lounges create an intimate after-dinner destination. Since opening, Radii Restaurant & Bar has received acclaimed reviews with such comments as: "Straightforward, unfussed food where the priorities are flavour, produce and great ideas."
